- Bachelor’s degree in Indonesian Language Education, Civics Education (PPKn), or related field (reputable university preferred)
- Fluent in English (IELTS min. 5.5 or equivalent)
- Strong pedagogical competence in Primary and Secondary teaching
- Able to integrate Cambridge curriculum and Islamic values
- Able to read Al-Qur’an with proper tajwid
