Job Description
- Participate in cross-functional rotations across CNA Investment business units
- Analyze business challenges and propose practical solutions
- Support strategic and operational projects within portfolio companies
- Work closely with senior managers to execute business initiatives
- Lead or contribute to process improvements and operational excellence projects
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree from reputable university
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential and initiative
- Excellent communication and collaboration ability
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn across industries
- 0–3 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
